Vendor Registration Information:

Registration for the 2026 Reisterstown Festival is now open.

All booth pricing, rules, and set up details are all found on this page (Please note some documents/dates are pending final updates).

Any vendors who submit an application are not fully registered until confirmed and paid. Please note that we may need to deny a booth application for various reasons. The most common reason is to protect the interests of existing registered vendors (i.e.: if there are enough similar vendors already registered, we will not accept more.). This screening helps ensure you and other vendors have a successful Festival and ensures variety for attendees as well.

If you provide your business’s website address (link) on the Booth Registration system, we will publish that link along with your company/organization name on this website through July 1 of the following year. (Please note dates that may affect the timing/distributions of this link. It is another reason to register asap!)

Booth Registration

  • Review the information below to learn more about vendor policies and pricing. Click the Register button to be directed to the Booth Registration site (a new browser window will open).

  • Select the vendor booth type that best matches your booth by clicking 'Add to Cart'. Once you've selected the correct booth type for your booth, click 'Check Out'.

  • You will be prompted to create a user account. Create your vendor account, and complete all necessary fields within the vendor application. Be sure to click 'Submit' to complete your application.

  • You're all finished! Your vendor application now heads to our Vendor Committee, who will review your application and confirm your reservation or reach out with any questions. After you are confirmed, you'll be notified to sign and upload/send any required documentation that we need (health permit, insurance, etc.). and you'll be given an option to pay by credit card or mail a check to us. You'll also want to be sure to begin promoting your participation in the Festival via your mailing lists, websites, social media, advertising, etc. or through the Festival's other promotional opportunities (Program Book Ads, Parade Participation, Sponsorship or Raffle Basket donations). For best results, you'll want to promote regularly and offer details/incentives to visit your booth at the Festival!
